MUTTON CHOPS -1

INGREDIENTS:
Mutton - 1/2 kg (cut into medium-sized round chop shaped)
Oil - 150 gm (for frying chops)
Green Chillies - 4-5
Fresh Coriander - 1/2 cup
Fresh Mint - 1/2 cup
Garam Masala Powder - 1tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1tsp
Cumin Powder - 1tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Egg dip ingredients:
Eggs - 2
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
METHOD

Make a paste of green chillies, fresh coriander, fresh mint. Add this paste along with all the ingredients except oil to the mutton chops, pressure-cook it with the required quantity of water and keep aside. Now to the eggs add all the ingredients mentioned above for dip, whisk the eggs until all the ingredients are mixed. Now heat oil in a pan, dip the chops one by one in the egg dip and fry it over a medium flame until the chops turn golden brown and crispy. Mutton chops are ready. Serve it hot as starters.
