Chicken - 1kg

oil -1/4 cup

Chopped onions -180 grams (3 Medium Sized)

A paste of 5-6 green chilies

Ginger Garlic Paste -1tbsp

Black Pepper powder -2tbsp

white Pepper powder -1/2tsp

Turmeric Powder -1/4tsp

Chopped coriander

Chopped Mint

Tomatoes - 2-3 If using puree, then 1 cup of puree.

Method :

Cut the chicken into mall pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, fry it add ginger garlic paste cook for a few minutes, add turmeric powder, green chili paste add tomato puree, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, mix all ingredients and cook it for a while, then add chicken, salt as per taste mix the chicken with all ingredients and cook for a while hen the chicken is well coated with the ingredients add 1 cup of water and cook it till dry.

Serve it with Naan, paratha, Plain Rice, Zira Rice, or Mutter Palav.
